Tekken 8 New Gameplay Mechanics Introduction Shown at TWT Global Finals

Bandai Namco unveiled the latest gameplay mechanics for the upcoming game Tekken 8 during the Tekken World Tour 2022 Global Finals. In a 37-minute presentation, developers Katsuhiro Harada and Kohei Ikeda discuss the new “Rage” system, “Recovery” gauge, “Heat” system, and control styles, providing detailed explanations and demonstrations for each mechanic. Viewers can also learn about the activation conditions and possible actions during the “Heat” system, as well as the guard damage and counter strategies.
