Knee’s Top 5 Best and Worst Characters in Tekken 7

Considered by many as the G.O.A.T. of Tekken, Jae-Min “Knee” Bae is a well-respected professional Tekken player who recently won the Red Bull Golden Letters tournament in London, and also Tekken 7 at Evo 2022. In an interview with King Jae, a fighting game content creator and YouTuber, Knee shared his thoughts on the current tier list rankings for Tekken 7.

According to Knee, the top 5 worst characters in Tekken 7 are Lucky Chloe, Fahkumram, Lidia, Devil Jin, and Gigas. This may come as a surprise to some players, as some of these characters have been considered strong in the past. However, Knee’s assessment is likely based on his extensive experience playing against top-level opponents and his own personal experience playing these characters.

Knee also provided his rankings for the top 5 characters in Tekken 7 on both PS4 and PC. On PS4, he believes the top 5 characters are Feng, Akuma, Claudio, Geese, and Kunimitsu. He explains that this is because of input lag compared to PC, which can affect a player’s ability to execute moves and combos in a timely manner. On PC, Knee believes the top 5 characters are Steve, Feng, Akuma, Noctis, and Geese. It is interesting to note that the top 3 characters are the same on both platforms, but the other 2 differ.
