Eddy Gordo officially announced for Tekken 7 – View trailer and images

A week after it was leaked from a private Bandai Namco news conference in Brazil that Eddy Gordo would be coming to Tekken 7, news of the Capoeira fighter’s position on the roster was officially announced today with a reveal trailer and images.

Eddy Gordo makes his return in Tekken 7! Eddy is seeking retribution for the death of his Capoeira master. Mishima Zaibatsu is in his crosshairs and he’s not letting anyone or anything stop him.

In the trailer you’ll see that Eddy is looking pretty awesome, and also fighting on two news stages called Arena and G Corp. Helipad. See them up close and personal here. And what about that theme music? Dope, right?

Eddy has had a love-hate relationship with the Tekken community ever since his introduction into the franchise in Tekken 3. But if we’re honest though, Tekken wouldn’t be Tekken without him. It’s great to see him back.
